The Summary
To drive a multi-million dollar fundraising goal for a new hospital wing, SickKids needed to show—not just tell—the reality of their congested 1940s-era facility. We partnered with Airbnb to "list" a real, cramped hospital room, hosting a 24-hour celebrity residency.
The Problem
How do you create an authentic, high-impact window into a functioning hospital without disrupting critical patient care or violating medical privacy?
The Solution
I architected a non-invasive, multi-camera "robocam" infrastructure. This allowed us to capture 24 hours of raw, social-first content from a remote broadcast hub, ensuring zero footprint in the actual medical wards while maintaining a real-time "near-live" edit pipeline for social buzz.
